Description: The "ARGON, NITROGEN, HELIUM, ARGON/CO2 WELDING CYLINDER tank bottle 125 CF" is a versatile welding gas cylinder designed to hold and dispense different welding gases commonly used in various welding and metalworking applications. Here are some key features and details:

  1. Capacity: The "125 CF" designation indicates the cylinder's capacity, measured in cubic feet (CF). This size provides a significant volume of gas, making it suitable for extended welding and industrial applications without the need for frequent gas refills.

  2. Gas Compatibility: This cylinder is designed to hold and dispense multiple types of welding gases, including:

    • Argon: Argon is often used as a shielding gas in TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding and as a component in some gas mixtures used in MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding.
    • Nitrogen: Nitrogen is used for purging and inerting applications, particularly in processes like pipe welding where oxygen contamination must be prevented.
    • Helium: Helium is used as a shielding gas in some welding applications, such as aluminum welding, due to its high heat conductivity.
    • Argon/CO2 Mixture: Argon mixed with Carbon Dioxide (CO2) is commonly used as a shielding gas in MIG welding, providing a balance between good penetration and arc stability.
  3. Versatility: The ability to hold and dispense various welding gases makes this cylinder highly versatile, suitable for a wide range of welding and industrial processes.

  4. Safety: Welding gas cylinders are designed with safety in mind, typically featuring robust steel construction and safety features like pressure relief devices to prevent over-pressurization.

  5. Transportation: Welding gas cylinders often have built-in handles or caps for ease of transport and handling, allowing them to be moved around the workshop or job site as needed.

  6. Valve Type: The type of valve used on the cylinder may vary depending on the specific gas or mixture it contains. Different valve types ensure compatibility with the appropriate regulator or flow control device.

Good deal

With owning instead of leasing this tank will pay for itself after 20 months.

Good tank

Was able to exchange it at my local welding supply shop for a C25 tank no issue. It was well packaged and in great condition! I’ll definitely come back when I need another one.

went to fill it with C25 gas, and the guy who fills my tank was telling me that it was literally illegal to have the tank in my truck let alone have gas in it. good looking tank for a great price, you just can’t do anything with it besides hang it on your wall.

The tank was delivered on time came in without a scratch. (if that means anything) FREE delivery !!! Perfect size for my needs, I am not a professional welder doing a 1966 C10 restoration. The company name is true Welding for Less, I checked all over locally and the interweb best price I found. A very good experience
