Unreliable Customer Service

I ordered a welder from WeldingForLess and was told it was backordered until the end of February but would be shipped as soon as it was received before the end of the month, so I was fine with that and proceeded with the order. February passed with no shipping notification or update from customer service on why it hadn't shipped. After reaching out again in March, they told me it would be shipped within the first week of March and I would receive a shipping notification. Time went by and still nothing — not even an email explaining what was going on. There were no updates or communication unless I reached out once or twice to get their attention.

So I contacted the manufacturer of the welder (who was very friendly and helpful) and was told the welder would never have been back in stock at WeldingForLess in February and wouldn’t be in stock until at least the end of March. I canceled my order and ordered a different welder directly from the manufacturer. Save yourself some time: spend a little more money and cut out the middleman to avoid the hassle and poor customer experience.

gun did not my hobart 250 welder was not even close to fitting. send me one that fits.gun is designed for the smaller welders I ordered a gun for a hobart 250 not a smaller welder.

No communication. Do not buy from them

Ordered a ground clamp and stinger for my welder. Received stinger but no ground. After numerous phone calls and emails with voicemails and no reply have to guess that customer support or any warranty issue would always be a no reply and your hung out to dry. Just call the number one the website for help like they claim and see if anyone ever calls u back before you order.
