Damaged Goods Received

Hello,
I had received a 20 LB. welding rod heater in a damaged box. When I opened the box and the bottom of the unit was bent over and the removeable top lid was bent out of shape. I had sent in photos of the box and the heating unit; request some sort of refund. I am still waiting.

For the money, it keeps my rod nice and hot. If you do not want to spend the money on a larger unit. So, I can make those nice looking weld beads. Also, hot rod helps keeps electrods from sticking on start up. They light right up. It stands up right, so it easy to find a place to put it . Good rod capacity. Outside of oven does not get overly hot. Dial could use some improvements. But it is OK, if you no what your doing. A smart choice for the small time welder.
